• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for most areas in Bangladesh.
• For prepaid orders, payment must be completed before dispatch.
• If payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe for prepaid orders, the order may be cancelled.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
• Delivery time may vary based on location, courier service, and holidays.
• Delays caused by courier companies are beyond our control, but we will assist in tracking the parcel.

6. Return & Refund

• Zcent currently does not accept returns on opened perfumes due to hygiene and product integrity.
• Refunds or replacements are only offered for:
  • Damaged or broken product (proof must be sent within 24 hours)
  • Wrong item delivered
• You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund/exchange.
