At Zcent, we aim to deliver your fragrances safely and quickly across Bangladesh. This policy outlines our shipping process, delivery times, and charges.
📦 1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation via phone or SMS.
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
- Orders are not processed on Fridays or public holidays.
📍 2. Delivery Coverage
We deliver all over Bangladesh using trusted local courier partners.
- Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
- Outside Dhaka (District/Thana level): 2–5 working days
Delivery times may vary during festival seasons, strikes, or natural disruptions.
💳 3. Delivery Methods & Charges

💰 4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer Cash on Delivery across most serviceable areas.
- Please keep the exact amount ready when receiving your parcel.
- If a customer repeatedly refuses COD parcels without reason, future orders may require pre-payment.
🧾 5. Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is dispatched:
- You will receive a tracking code via SMS or WhatsApp
- You can track your shipment using the courier’s tracking portal
- You may also contact our support team to get live updates
❗ 6. Delays or Failed Deliveries
Delays may occur due to:
- Natural disasters or weather disruptions
- Courier service overload during Eid or special campaigns
- Incorrect/incomplete delivery address
Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate when placing the order.
📦 7. Multiple Items in One Order
- If your order contains multiple perfumes or bundles, they will be shipped together in one package (unless otherwise requested).
- We use bubble wrap and secure boxes to ensure product safety.
